Our Return Policy

Due to the unfortunate events of Covid 19 at this time there will be no returns allowed on any products due to customer's error. Customer's error could be any of the following: wrong size selected, putting the wrong address at checkout, selecting the wrong color or having a change of heart regarding the product. We will let all customers know when and if this policy changes. Our products can always make a perfect gift!

Damaged Products

All customers that experience receiving a damaged product(s) must email Peculiar Treasure Boutique LLC at info@iampeculiartreasure.com with a picture of the damaged item. All customers have 72 hours from the time they receive their product(s) to report it if they are damaged.

Package not delivered

If your package is not delivered but tracking states that it was or tracking shows the package has possibly been lost please contact us via phone or email for this matter.
